Your island getaway awaits at Villa Sanibel, in this newly renovated condo. Villa Sanibel is a quiet beachfront community with only 20 units. Accommodations in Unit 3C feature two bedrooms and a loft, with a king bed, queen bed, and a queen/twin xl bunk bed. The two bathrooms include an en suite in the primary bedroom, and a full guest bath. The modern kitchen is well stocked with all your cooking needs. Relax with your morning coffee on the screened in lanai overlooking the pool, or at the beach with included beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Right out the front door is tennis or pickleball, and bike racks are nearby for rides on Sanibel’s scenic bike paths. Sanibel is not only the shelling capital of the world, but home to many species of wildlife, many local shops and great fishing. In the evenings, the sunsets are spectacular! The island has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy or use one of the on-site grills and eat in. WiFi is included for your convenience. There are smart TV’s in the living room and bedrooms, for use with your streaming accounts (cable not available.) The unit includes a full-sized washer and dryer, and stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Additional touches like hair dryers, an iron, board games, and beach toys will enhance your stay. There is one designated parking space for this condo, and a limited number of unassigned parking spaces at the property. This is a second floor walk up unit without an elevator. Villa Sanibel is a smoke-free and vape-free property, and sorry, but we cannot accept pets. We enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive to all our questions. The condo was very comfortable for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. It was very clean, bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, showers were clean, kitchen had all the stuff we needed to cook some meals. Location was great, only a short walk to the beach…maybe 30 seconds. The unit’s balcony overlooks the pool. The pool was clean. The pool is nice to have but my wife and I spent almost all our time on the beach. The teenagers with us, 3 girls, used the pool several days. It’s not enough to lower the rating, but worth noting, that the only downside for us was the pool outside the balcony and the potential for noise. We were there over spring break so young kids were expected and some of them were pretty loud while using the pool. We used to have young ones so we get it, but the sound seems to travel well in that boxed in area of the pool. While sitting on the balcony you can hear normal level conversations from people on the other balconies that backup to the pool, so when several kids are in the pool doing what kids do, it can be kinda loud if you are trying to relax on the balcony. I will say the unit seems well insulated from the noise with the sliding glass door closed and you don’t really notice it when inside. We had a great time, loved the location and would consider returning when we visit Sanibel again.

Villa Sanibel 3C is a gorgeous property in mint condition. The small condo complex has a lovely pool-3C has a screened balcony that overlooks it. But, for me, the highlight was that we were steps from the beach with its excellent shelling and postcard sunsets. Hosts were responsive to questions and provided outstanding restaurant recommendations!
