Sehr gute Lage (direkt am Wasser, Balkon mit Meerblick). Nähe zum Zentrum. Gute Kommunikation mit Verwalter/Vermieter.
Mängel Sanitär (undichte Dusche). Keine Liegen zum Sonnenbaden. Instabiles WLAN. Insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig.
