Bella Vita welcomes you to St. Simons Island!
Bella Vita, which in Italian means “the beautiful life”, is a sweet cottage nestled in the heart of popular East Beach Neighborhood on St. Simons Island. This recently remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 bath cottage is a perfect mix of comfort and style.
Located on the corner of Bruce Drive and 5th Street, you will fall in love with the towering oaks as you make your way through the neighborhood. Late fall afternoons will have you nestled in on the front screened porch. Late summer afternoons will have you on the opposite end of the house in the 240SF pool.
Bella Vita has a full kitchen, breakfast & dining areas with ample seating for 12, a comfortable living room with a view of the nicely landscaped new pool and fenced back yard. This cottage has one bedroom and bath down stairs and three bedrooms and two baths upstairs. Each bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
* Note: Pool can be heated for an additional charge of $400/week. $200 is the minimum charge for reservations less than a week.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (9 persons).
• Sorry, this property is not pet friendly.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

We enjoyed the house for a week in August--location was great. Recommend that they employ a lock box instead of physical keys, expand parking (really can only fit one car in the "two car" driveway, update fence around pool and fix the large pool umbrella to provide some shade. We really liked the pool with it's large shallow end for our toddler. The house was easy to stay in--low maintenance from a renters perspective. Would be interested in renting again in the future.

We had a good stay. Two comments. The sliding door is very difficult to lock. Also there are issues with ants in the kitchen. Just wanted to let you know that.

The house is bright and filled with light and for the most part it's quite comfortable however it was sparsely equipped in the kitchen there was one small pan and a stock pot nothing in between I had to purchase cloths to do daily cleaning with as well as waste baskets, soap dishes, plastic pitchers, acrylic glasses and there was an infestation of roaches which I was freaking out about until your exterminator after the third time finally eradicated them. he was wonderful! you could use a comfortable chair in the living room; if you have more than 4 people there really isn't any place comfortable to sit and there were no extra blankets and there were days in March that were quite cold. One bedroom had no chest of drawers nor a nightstand nor a lamp or table to read by the location is great we loved the porch and the backyard and Patio.
