The location was excellent and suited our needs, which was being close to Seoul Station, it is about 3 minutes walk. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the owner was also very nice .
Although I expected the room to be very simple, it still was below my expectations, the room was smaller than expected, the bathroom was really small and the shower is above the sink and toilet, one cannot use toilet if the other person is having a shower. The room was also very hot and lacked ventilation, there is no insulation between walls, you can hear all the noise from outside, next door room, toilet flushing, etc..which resulted in a bad night sleep.

The lady in charge was extremely helpful and kind. She allowed me to leave my luggage st the hotel early and lent me an umbrella. The hotel is very close to Seoul station and in an excellent position for catching a KTX train. It is also a good walking distance via the station itself from Namdaemun market, Myeongdong and Namsangol Hannok village which are all worth visiting
I think I may have been especially placed on the ground (first) floor because I find stairs difficult. Most of the rooms are on other floors and there is no lift.
