stayed with a friend and it is very pleasant! staff at the front desk is very helpful and accommodating. the woman staff is very friendly, i speak conversational korean and had a few great chatting sessions with her. the building itself and the room are very clean. location is very superb if you are using ktx a lot since it is very near to the ktx gate. quite far to subway line 1 and 4, would recommend taking the bus instead to nearby places since theres a bus stop like 20 steps away from the place. the only downside is the room is quite small, only one of us could open our luggage at one time. facilities are superb, theres water dispenser, iron, microwave, kettle, washing machine etc. but for its price point, location, cleanliness, it is very worth it
in conclusion, would recommend this place :)

I'm so happy I found this little gem right next to Seoul station. It will definitely my go-to hotel next time I need to stay near the station!
For me 3 things matter the most with "transit hotels" :
1) the location: it's got to be really close to the place I'm commuting to or from, and this hotel is not only really close to the Arex side of Seoul station, but also is easy to get to and easy to find.
2) a good sleep: a good hotel room for me is quiet, comfortable and dark. This hotel ticks all the boxes! I didn't hear doors slam or noise from outside. The curtains blocked the light efficiently and the bed was comfy, not too hard, like some Korean beds can be.
3) clean: from the hallway to the bathroom, everywhere was clean, a healthy type of clean, without the overpowering detergent smell that is sometimes too strong.
Also, the reception is staffed non-stop, making it feel safe and practical.
On top of all of that, the owners are really kind, and let me check in earlier than their 5pm check-in time.

Nice and very helpful staff. Allow after midnight check in😍. Not closed to night bus but very closed to A’rex train if you can catch the train. Warm and quiet room, so I had very good sleep😍
