Zalety: -parking przed samym wejściem - duże pokoje - pełne wyposażenie (pralka, zmywarka, piekarnik, żelazko) - cudowny widok - balkon -klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu (nawet w łazience)
Wady: - brak windy - słaby odpływ w wannie
