- The apartment is great on the inside. The exterior isn’t as impressive, but in my opinion, that’s not very important. - The air conditioning is located only in the kitchen. The cool air reaches the room in front quite well, but it doesn’t cool the bedroom with the large bed as effectively. This is only worth mentioning for people who, like me, really prefer having strong air conditioning throughout the apartment.

close to the center and close to the beach, the landlady allowed us to check in before the scheduled time so that was a plus because we arrived little early that we planned

parking, there is no private parking, so it’s a lottery to find a free spot and also our car was damaged

Spacious and clean, a balcony, all the amenities you could need for a stress free stay. Walking distance from pretty much everywhere of interest in Split de from the beach, city centre, Solin or the Mall. The host was very nice and helpful.

The building number is not seeable from the street you have to walk up the stairs to see number 17 next to the well indicated number 19 and the taxi from the airport had issues located so I had to come out to investigate.

4 főre foglaltuk le a szállást, a leírás szerint 2 hálószobával és 1 nappalival. A valóságban csak egy szoba és nappali volt, mely 2 főnek az alvást kényelmetlenné tette. A tulajdonost hozzáállása elkeserítő, nem különösebben érdekelte. A szállásra egy alapos takarítás és mosás ráférne, szállt a por, egyes ágyneműk büdösek voltak.
