Apartment Split Sea Bliss

The apartment was great: about a 25-minute walk from the city centre, with small supermarkets nearby, and very well equipped with everything you need to cook, a washing machine and even laundry detergent provided! The bathroom was spotless, the bedroom was huge with plenty of storage, there were mosquito screens on the windows, and the apartment had air conditioning — everything was really comfortable. Ivan was an amazing host: welcoming, kind, helpful and very accommodating throughout our stay! 😊

Very nice. Looks and feels new. Everything we needed was there. Ivan is very nice and helpful. Parking just in front of the apartment.

Alles was netjes en we hadden zelfs een paar sapjes , douchegel en shampoo van de eigenaar gekregen.

We waren met onze zoontje van 8 maanden en dochter van 2 jaar en het was een beetje ver lopen naar het centrum.

It was very spacious for 4 people. The blinds were blackout.

There are many issues. First of all there is no dishwasher. Location is uphill and u need to drive to most places to get there. All are like 10-20mins away yet driving is important. The sheets are very rough cotton material and the pillows too. The Ac is only in the living room, not in the rooms so it cools down the apartment so u can sleep with a single sheet. Maybe s couple of table fans will helo cool it faster and give us a better sleep. The house rules suggest that the bed linens are changed every 6days! Did not know that! More like a hostel then. Host is unaware about the apartment’s issues. The washer’s lid gets stuck and what it did to our clothes is insane. Host was kind to give us 2 tabs to use for the washer on request. The hot water stopped working. We took cold showers every day for 2 days inspite of telling the host about it, he did not find it a serious problem until later. Very very dissapointing. For compensation we were given an option to take a showrr in his upstairs apartment. That was too late. Inspite of informing him in the afternoon that we will need a shower since its so hot when we come back in the evening, host checked and left without making sure hot water was actually working. We did it like old school. Warmed up hot water in the steel utensil and brought it to take a shower for the kids as it was icy cold water otherwise. The place is mismanaged. Not value for money at all.
