The maintenance of the main equipment was inadequate.

The maintenance was inadequate. The washing machine was broken from the first day and remained unusable throughout the stay. The dishes were dirty, so I had to wash all of them again. The glass frame in the shower room was coming off, and the light above the sink didn’t work. I felt that the price I paid was not worth the condition of the place.

I would avoid any 2ndhomes rentals and would look for alternatives

The location was great Having a sauna in a flat is a thing in Finland - not in our case - so it was very nice to enjoy sauna in the evening :)

the host is totally money oriented. You want an hour early check-in - use online prepared system to cover that. Want a late check-out - pay for every hour also. Moreover - the instructions says that you need to provide ID of the person that booked the apartment. It was booked under my wife's name. Due to keys pick-up location is in opposite side from the train station than the actual apartment, we decided to let my wife wait with the luggage at the station, took her ID with me, and went to collect the keys. Surprisingly i was told, that not only the ID is needed (as per emailed instructions), but the person to be present itself. So with all the calling, emailing and re-confirming - we were able to get the keys after all. To top things up - discovered some left dirty socks in the wardrobe in the bedroom :(

The kitchen was too small and next to the apartment there a karaoke bar which operates till 6 am. The parking it to far from the apartment. The sauna didn't work.

Great position, nice apartment, nice sauna. the TV is set-up for Netflix, you can login if you have a subscription.

The car park on the road is for max 2 hours but free for the night. Alternatively you have to use the underground car park nearby.

Worst accomodation in my Around Finland trip.

Sauna facilities that has no instructions how to use. So for person who come for a country sauna is Not a norm d facilities is useless. Esp WIFI not available too Google. Lift available for less mobility.

1) Unresponsive host. NOT slow but NO reply NO response from before the trip till we check out. 2) NO WIFI. Wifi was not detectable at all throughout 3 days we were there. Host did NOT respond to enquiry. 3) NO amenities. It’s like a private hostel. No shampoo or soap or ANYTHING. 4) NO space to put u clothes in the room closet if u intend to stay longer. As attached closet are filled with their items. 5) Charge cleaning fee but expect guest to put the towels n linen on the floor as per instructions below and put all plates in the dishwasher BEFORE checking out. 6) Way tooooooooooo many rules for a pricey booking apartment that is not a hostel or an Air BnB apartment. 7) Inconvenient check in process. 8) It is the more expensive than the apartment we book at Rovaniemi (at the city centre) and Helsinki (with sauna and at city centre) but the worst. 9) There was something moving under the sheets in one of the bed. So we stop using that bed. 10) There were some construction/ maintainance done outside our apartment. 11) There is only 1 key and the bell on the building door does not work. So if u are planning to separate outings n with no data roaming do plan in advance how to communicate the person in the apartment to open the building door for u. 12) Location was ok. 13) Informed in email that host is reachable before 9pm but in the apartment it states before 4pm. But whichever time they do not reply the moment the day arrive. We check in on 9 Mar and text/call in the morning about check in process as we had no access to our mail or booking app no response till we check out on 11 Mar. And we text regards to WIFi as it was not detectable when we reach on 9 Mar at the apartment on 9 Mar NO response from their end and No change in detecting wifi till 11 Mar.

Hyvät sängyt nukkua! Avainten nouto hyvin opastettu ja helppoa. Nopeat vastaukset viesteihin. Sijainti kiva, lähellä kaikkea. Tarvittava löytyi huoneistosta. Iso 50" TV.

Asunto oli tosi kuuma,sattui helteet. Sijainti hyvä muuten, mutta olohuoneessa nukkuen ei voinut aukaista ikkunaa yöllä että vähän viilentäisi, kun karaokebaarista tuli meteliä aamu kuuteen, tietyöt lisäksi iltasella, kovin meluista kadun puolella. Astianpesukonetta ei uskaltanut käyttää, näytti niin hajotetulta.

Det var rent och jättebra location, allt är nära. Lägenheter ser ut precis som är på bilderna.

Lampor på spegeln i badrummet fungerar inte och finns inget bra ställe att sminka sig. Restaurangen var man hämtar nycklar inte så nära själva lägenheten. Var lite obekvämt att fara med stor resväskan. Bara 1 par nyckel, minst 2 skulle vara bra att ha(om vi är flera)

Hyvää kaupunkiloma - säälle ei kukaan mahda mitään.

Asunnon sijainti kaupungin keskustassa on erinomainen.

Kylpyhuoneessa altaan yläpuolinen spotti on sammunut ja tila täten huonosti valaistu. Esim parranajo hankalaa. Joku on telonut keittiössä APKn kannen niin, että konetta ei varmaankaan arvaa käyttää (itse en tarvinnut APKta).

Ihan kiva asunto

Mukavat sängyt. Hyvä sijainti. Keittiö varmasti ok (emme tarvinneet, lyhyt reissu). Sauna. Kolme ihmistä mahtui mukavasti! Kiva tapas-ravintola Inez lähellä.

Kylppärin valo (peili) ei toiminut. Himmeä valo toki kylppärissä oli. Peitoissa oli veritahroja ja meikkivoide- tms tahroja. Siivous oli helppoa, koska emme sotkeneet, mutta en kyllä huomannut, että missään olisi mainittu, että roskat pitää viedä ja asunto laittaa alkuperäiseen kuntoon ENNEN kuin olin jo maksanut majoitukset. Tällaiset asiat pitää tiedottaa ennen varausta selkeästi. (Jos siivous ei sisälly hintaan, haluan tietää sen etukäteen.) Avaimen saaminen olisi voinut olla sujuvampaa. Uloskirjautuminen klo 11 on mielestäni liian aikaisin. Klo 12 olisi ok.

Upea sijainti rauhallisella sivukadulla

Loistava sijainti. Rauhallinen ja helmikuussa lämmin huoneisto. Paljon säilytystilaa ja kahdelle tilava majoitus viikonlopun ajaksi. Sähköpostiin ja puhelimeen vastattiin heti ystävällisesti. Pääsimme pienestä lisämaksusta aikaisemmin huoneeseen, kun meillä oli tärkeä meno. Kaikki tarpeelliset keittiön laitteet ja tarpeeksi kaikkia astioita. Hissi.

Näkymät huoneesta. Booking kautta tulleet varausvahvistukset näyttivät myöhäisempää sisäänkirjautumisaikaa, mutta soitto/sähköposti toimistoon oli koko ajan oikea aikaisempi.
