+ pro náš výběr bylo rozhodující umístění apartmánu blízko vlakového nádraží a Nokia areny
+ docela velký samostatný pohodlný apartmán
+ dostatečné vybavení kuchyně
+ pohodlné postele i povlečení
+ byli jsme 3, ale vyspalo by se i 6 osob
+ velká televize (sledovali jsme na ní zimní olympiádu v Milano Cortina:-)
+ dobrá komunikace s majitelem
- nenašli jsme náhradní sáčky do koše
- klíče jsou k vyzvednutí jinde než je apartmán a trochu jsme bloudili
- dveře jdou hůře odemykat
- malá koupelna
- hůře utěsněná okna, první den byla v bytě zima (venku bylo -11°C), ale zatáhli jsme závěsy a druhý den už bylo lépe
- slabá a nestabilní wifi

Easy to find and located very central. Close to the train station and to the shops. It was clean and tidy and communication with the owners/landlord was excellent.
I felt it was overpriced for what it was but maybe that because I booked very last minute.
