About this apartment rental
Approached by country lanes, this exceptionally well presented two-bedroom apartment overlooks the glorious beach at Putsborough, which is sheltered by cliffs and ideal for swimming and surfing. If you fancy the 3-mile stroll along the beach, you’ll reach the famous Woolacombe Beach at the end where you’ll find plenty of amenities and activities. The apartment itself offers panoramic views from all of the main rooms and is a peaceful place for a holiday for four by the sea.
One of several apartments which are arranged on four levels, access to the apartment is via steps to level three. The entrance hall of this apartment opens into the double aspect living room capturing wonderful views. This area is open plan with folding doors through to the separate dining area affording some privacy if required, and an archway with three steps to a stylish contemporary kitchen area which has everything you need to whip up a meal. Patio doors also provide access onto a lovely balcony to enjoy the spectacular scenery. The welcoming king-size bedroom has a full-length picture window giving the perfect view of the beach and the pretty twin also enjoys an outlook over the sands. A lane at the side of the building leads to the beach and guests also have full use of the shared, indoor heated swimming pool.
Situated above Putsborough Beach, the location is ideal for surfers with its rolling surf. In addition, the sheer length of the beach means there is no shortage of golden sand on which to sit down and relax during the summer and there is also a seasonal beach shop and café providing refreshments. 2 miles away is the surfers’ paradise, Croyde which has a range of really good pubs and eateries as well as a fantastic ice cream shop. Further afield is the vibrant village of Braunton (4 miles) or the iconic seaside town of Ilfracombe (9 miles) with its harbour, aquarium and seafront offering a wealth of things to do.

Amazing location and really nice apartment. Cleanliness could have been slightly better with a few rogue hairs knocking about in the bathroom and on the bedding/towels. Overall thought a really nice place to stay and would happily stay again.
