About this apartment rental
This is a beautifully furnished, 1900 sq ft condominium, in Historic Franklin Square. You may walk 1 block to the main downtown Saratoga Springs shopping area or access the SS racetrack which is only1 mile distant. The spacious master bedroom has a sitting area and large en suite bath with seated shower. The second bedroom is next to the second bath which includes a whirlpool tub. All counter tops in baths and kitchen are granite. The kitchen is fully equipped and features cherry cabinetry along with a gas range. There is also a pantry in the kitchen. Except for the master bedroom which is carpeted, all floors are either wood or tile. A double sided gas fireplace is visible from the foyer, LR, DR and kitchen. Included is air conditioning, outdoor gas grill, high speed internet, cable TV, and a washer and dryer in separate laundry room. The private balcony is accessible from 3 different rooms: foyer, living room and master bedroom. The balcony is furnished with table and chairs (and grill) and decorated with geraniums in planters. This is a perfect spot for breakfast with 5th floor views of the surrounding mountains in the distance. There is one covered parking space on the premises. The rates shown are for 2 adults but a maximum of 4 adults can be accommodated at an additional charge per guest per night.

This was a comfortable and nicely decorated unit for two couples. We were able to walk to nearly every where we wanted to go in town, restaurants, shopping, and the race track.
There were also two places to park a car, one underground and one under cover outside.
We enjoyed our week.

This was a great find for our stay in Saratoga Springs. Location was perfect. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked.
