We booked this lovely carriage house for a stay on the weekend of the Saratoga Springs Jazz Festival - it was a winner. Clean, renovated, with its own little fenced in garden. Three good sized bedrooms, brand new kitchen, lovely layout - ten minute walk to downtown Saratoga. The owners are great hosts - and went out of their way to accommodate us. We will be back soon!

The property is very bright and welcoming. The beds are really comfortable. All in all it had everything We needed for a perfect stay in Saratoga springs. We will definitely be renting again.
