This quaint 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house, located minutes from the Saratoga Racetrack, SPAC, and Downtown Saratoga. This home can accommodate 6-8 guests. This includes 2 rooms with queen beds, one with 2 singles, and a large king sized air mattress. It is a fully furnished raised ranch. Includes high speed internet/WIFI, smart TVs and cable, and an in house washer and dryer. Enjoy an afternoon cookout on the spacious patio with a 6 burner grill.

The house is very cute, clean, and fully stocked with everything one needs to be comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The owner was responsive to questions and was also kind enough to let us check in a little early. I would absolutely recommend this house and stay here again myself!

Very clean and updated home. Comfortable and spacious with three private bedrooms. Home is located in a pleasant suburban neighbor hood and convenient to all Saratoga attraction. Fabulous coffee bar… don’t forget your K-pods!

The location is great, close to everything Saratoga Springs has to offer. The house is clean and well maintained. The property owner communicates well. WIFI worked well and no issues with the kitchen. There is a very nice coffee bar.
My only complaint is with the property description in the ad and the beds. The mattress on every bed must be 20 years old, extremely uncomfortable and they are very low sitting beds. I ended up out on the couch just to get some sleep. The description on Vrbo says 2 queen beds and a Murphy bed, actually there is one queen bed and it’s upstairs, the property owner had told me there is a queen bed on the main floor, it’s actually a full size bed that was worse than the queen bed. There is a twin bed with a trundle. The listing has a Hot tub noted in the amenities, there is not a hot tub. The Nest thermostat kept changing due to the homeowner’s programming, it got very warm during the night. The bathrooms overall are clean but are very small with no vanity space. I won’t stay here again unless new mattresses are installed. I thought it was a little overpriced for what was offered and the terrible mattresses.
