If you are seeking for a NICE QUIET place to relax with the family in the Riviera Nayarit (Banderas Bay) this is the place for you. Within a lovely exclusive community at the beach in La Vida, Bucerias with the best beach in the area. Located at the Golden Bucerias where you can find in walking distance, art galleries, restaurants, massage spas, sport rentals, stores and shops, pharmacies, etc.
Casa Pelicano, is a brand new 3,400 square feet beachfront 2 story house with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, TV Room, Laundry room, fully equipped kitchen. Dining room has a beautiful white marble full size table with 8 chairs. The terrace has a gas grill, small pool, table with umbrella and 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds and ice cooler; sliding doors can fully open to incorporate the living and dining room to the terrace. Anywhere from this floor you can enjoy an astounding ocean view.
The home can sleep up to 8 guests (one King, three queen, queen Sofa-bed), flat TV screens with satellite service in each bedroom, internet Wi-Fi free service, wireless portable sound system for computer or portable device. Programmable safe on the master bedroom. Each room has their own full bathroom. Master bedroom and second bedroom with walking closet. Quality bedding and linens are provided. The unit is tastefully decorated with local art and comfortable furnishings.
The stylish kitchen has all the equipment and accessories required for your stay; Viking refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with oven and microwave. Full size laundry with washer and dryer.
Access to La Vida community beach club, with pool, Jacuzzi, sun beds, refrigerator, chairs and all you need to enjoy your day at the beach. We provide beach towels.
Garage for one car right at the elevator to the house unit entrance with security 24 hours.
Casa Pelicano is located at Bucerias, Nayarit. 20 minutes away from Puerto Vallarta airport and Marina, 20 minutes from Punta Mita, 10 minutes from Nuevo Vallarta and 25 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta. Larger Supermarkets just 5 minutes away in taxi a drive.
Recreation: In the surroundings there are all sorts of things to do, water sports (Standing paddle Surfing, Diving, Surfing, water skiing, jet skis, sailing, parasailing, etc), whale watching, fishing, golfing in magnificent golf courses, surfing at Sayulita and San Pancho. Downtown Vallarta you can find a charming Mexican flavor walking at the “malecon” with many nice shops and restaurants.

The property was as advertised. There were 4 of us and we had more than enough room. The plunge pool on the deck was nice for a quick dip, or enjoying an evening glass of wine and stargazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again during high season when it's less windy.Manuel,

Beachfront condo within a small complex. Casa Pelicanos was perfect- 3 nice bedrooms, small dipping pool, great views. Beach/private pool was never busy. Enjoyed the same loungers on the beach every day. Walkable to great restaurants. Bucerias is a great small town. Manuel was our contact at the condo- extremely friendly, responsive and helpful..we look forward to our next trip to Bucerias and La Vida/casa Pelicanos

Great condo in a great spot. View from the terrace is fantastic and the small pool is a great feature. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Property is fairly new. The unit has a very nice porch on the upper level with a small plunge pool (not heated). The beach area is very nice and out of the way from most foot traffic. The infinity pool is also very nice but there is no bar service. One of the bedrooms is very small and has NO windows- very claustrophobic and would not generally be good for an adult couple. Also, the housekeeping service made a big mistake. Since the washing machine was having mechanical problems the staff put the used pool towels and some of the bedroom towels in the dryer and redistributed them without washing as if they were clean. We expressed this health concern to management but they were not willing to fully take ownership of the problem. We asked for a small amount of compensation but the owner was unwilling to oblige.
