The apartment is located right in the very center of Paris, within two minutes walk of the beautiful River Seine and in a charming side street of the Saint-Germain-des-Pres area, Paris, most sought after neighborhood. The rue Mazarine where the apartment is located is so attractive, with lots of art galleries, restaurants and cafes. Buci street is at 50 meters. The apartment set back from the street, so no noise whatsoever inside. Walking distance to everything.
There is an illimited phone connection and WIFI. The apartment is equipped with a mobile air conditioner.
The flat is at the 2nd floor with no lift.

Apartment was well located, right in center of St Germain des Pres. Easy access to all major must sees. The only negative was the three flights of stairs up to the apartment. Not recommended for the elderly.

Apartment was perfect. Lively neighborhood loaded with restaurants and easy access to both RER and metro. 5-10 minute walk to both the Louvre and Notre Dame. Food markets nearby which, with the functional kitchen, allowed us to save a little by cooking for ourselves. Our host, Francoise, was responsive and check in was simple. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The safe location of this clean and comfortable apartment was excellent; close to metro/RER, sites, bakeries, and grocery stores. Nice bathroom with great shower and a comfortable bed and sofa bed. We appreciated the early check-in and instructions left in a binder. Francoise even had a new A/C unit delivered on our first day there which was great timing given that the weather in Paris was hotter than usual. We would stay here again!
