About this apartment rental
For rent apartment T2 (2 persons) of 42 m ² in rez of putting on of a calm residence, closed and reassured.
Located at the beginning of the marina and the old village of Gruissan,
close to shopping areas, entertainment, beach Grazel,
large free parking next to the residence,
Apartment renovated in 2017, air conditioning and WIFI internet
- New fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction hob, extractor, oven, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, espresso coffee maker and filter, toaster, electric kettle, plancha, pierrade, raclette, fruit press, blender, vacuum cleaner etc ,
- New bathroom (bath, shower, washbasin, WC, VMC)
- Bedroom (140 new bed, wall-mounted TV)
- Living room (dining area, sitting area 3 seater leather sofa with chaise longue, relax armchair, TV, WIFI)
- Terrace (table, seats, motorized awnings)
- Tilt-and-turn windows with mosquito nets.

(sheets + towels + dish towels) 20 euros for 2 people / week.
Possibility of cleaning end of stay proposed at 35 euros,

- 2 steps from the old village of Gruissan where you will find a variety of shops (bakeries, groceries, greengrocers, butchers, local fishing products, cooperative cellar, bookstores, tobaccos, artisans, pharmacies, bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants, cinema, as well as a big market 3 mornings a week.
- The pedestrian quays of the marina animated with bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops, bicycle rentals, boat trips at sea, diving etc. and you will arrive at the sandy beach of Grazel (1 km from the apartment).
Gruissan bike:
- Cycle paths take you along the beaches including the typical beach cottages, salt marshes, vineyards, the oyster pond, and the massif of Clape.
Gruissan district:
- 2 large areas Intermarché and Lidl
- Balneoludic area
- Doctor's office
Region of Gruissan:
- Narbonne at 14 kms
- Wine Route
- Cathar Castles, abbeys

Very nice and tasteful apartment, we appreciated the kitchen and the equipment that made cooking a great pleasure during our stay. Great with our own little patio Christine and Marc were very nice hosts who did everything to make our stay as good as possible.

Compact, beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and very well-appointed apartment with sheltered terrace for outside dining. Perfect for those who enjoy cooking and dining in - or outside. Also many restaurants & charming Gruissan village next door wineries and beaches a short drive away. Christine and her husband were wonderful hosts. Highly recommended.

Entre le port de plaisance et l'étang. A deux pas du village et des animations, sans en subir les désagréments. Tout est accessible à pieds ou à vélo.
