L 2605. In the heart of the resort, a 23 m² studio/alcove (fully renovated) that can accommodate 3 people - private parking - 1st floor - South/West facing - Partial view of the small harbor. An ideal pied-à-terre for a couple, close to the old village (400m) and the port center (200m).
An alcove entrance (1 single bed), a well-equipped kitchenette opening onto a spacious living area (comfortable double sofa bed), large-screen smart TV. Shower room, separate WC.

Amenities: refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric stove + oven, washing machine. Perfect for experiencing the rhythm of the resort, with shops and the port center less than 200m away, you can sunbathe on the equipped Grazel beach (800m) and fully enjoy the charm of Gruissan, its circular shopping streets, its castle, and its markets.
Pet fee (under 10kg): €30 - Security deposit: €350 - Linens not provided - Optional cleaning service available at an additional cost. Electricity (electricity) is charged extra from October to the end of May.
