Freshly renovated apartment, unobstructed Clape view, balcony, swimming pool completely renovated in 2025 (open from mid-June to mid-September), air conditioning, private underground parking (or public at the foot of the residence), on the 3rd floor of a secure residence in the heart of the seaside resort of Gruissan port.

Small bedroom with bunk beds and window, equipped with an electric shutter, overlooking the corridors.
Living room equipped with a quality sofa bed, TV, fridge/freezer, microwave/grill oven, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker (coffee, tea, chocolate...), hob, toaster, mixer/blender. Bay window with electric shutter, ideal for a good night's sleep (with air conditioning!) .
Balcony with garden furniture .
At the foot of the residence, shops open all year round: laundry, grocery store, rotisserie, bike rental.
Ideal location: village 5 minutes walk, Grazel beach 10 minutes walk, famous and magnificent chalet beach (Gruissan-plage) 3 km (5 minutes by car), Place des Menhirs (entertainment, concerts in summer) 2 minutes walk away.
For hiking or cycling, the Massif de la Clape 5 minutes away, the resort has more than 20km of cycle paths.
Gruissan is the family resort par excellence, sports or non-sports activities for all ages: water activities (paddle, kite, jet-ski, diving...), tree climbing, tennis, balneoludic centre, swimming, hiking, casino 5 minutes walk.
