Tennis, indoor tennis centre 400 m, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: Réserve Africaine de Sigean 29 km, Cité de Carcassonne 71 km, Espace Balnéoludique de Gruissan 2 km, Plage des Chalets 4 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Narbonne Plage, 10 km.
2-room house 32 m2. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm), TV and DVD. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 3 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer). Bathroom, sep. WC. No heating option. Upper floor: gallery, ceiling height 150 - 180 cm, window onto the courtyard with 2 beds (80 cm). Terrace, north-east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). The house is cosy though a bit stuffy. What makes it an enjoyable relaxing stay is the shady garden. The house is perfectly located , in the centre of everything. We loved our week there.

Table de jardin déplorable usée +++ . Absence de climatisation, moquette sur la mezzanine bien usagée. Literies moyennes et les oreillers n en parlons pas . Aucun entretien , (peinture murs et plafond ) il me semble que vu le prix de la location, le proprio pourrait faire un effort, cela s’ appelle avoir du respect pour les locataires . Il ne s agit pas simplement que d encaisser les contributions.
