This 44 m2 apartment is located in a small new residence 100 meters from the market and close to all amenities (restaurants, shops, bakeries, ....). It is on the first floor of the residence and is serviced by a lift. It includes a bedroom with a private bathroom and a dressing room, a living room with an equipped kitchen, an extra sofa bed (one adult or two children) and a separate toilet located in the entrance hall. The residence benefits from a private and secure courtyard where you can park your vehicle in a nominative place.

The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, well provisioned, and impeccably clean. Located close to the covered market you can get everything you’ll need for your stay right there. There is a bakery, Quignon, at the end of the street where you can get wonderful croissants, breads, and desserts. The employees are cheerful and kind. The town has a very good bus system with two different bus stops within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay!

The flat is ideal for two people with a well-equipped kitchen and as it was mid autumn, welcome heating for the morning chill in La Rochelle. It was our second stay in this flat.

Great location and superb accommodation
Clean and tidy with all essentials catered for.
Hosts were very helpful and would recommend this accommodation to anybody visiting the area.
