About this apartment rental
We offer this 75m2 garden-level flat for rent in Dinard. It is located in a luxury, secure residence with intercom and lift, and comprises 2 bedrooms, a lounge, a bathroom and a lovely terrace overlooking a private garden, and can accommodate up to 5 people.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
Located 15 minutes' walk from the beautiful Plage du Prieuré and Port Breton Park, in a quiet location, it is made up as follows:
Day area:
A beautiful, bright living room with a fully-equipped, functional open-plan kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc., a dining area with a convivial dining table, and a lounge area with TV.
Sleeping area:
- One bedroom with Queen-size bed (160x200)
- one bedroom with 3 single beds (90x200)
- Bathroom with bath, vanity unit and heated towel rail
- Separate WC
Outside :
- a pleasant wooden terrace with garden furniture and a private lawn area.
The flat is ideally located at the entrance to Dinard, in very quiet surroundings. Essential shops are close by, with a small supermarket and bakery just a 10-minute walk away.
The centre of Dinard is a 5-minute drive away, with an exceptional market every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
You can reach St Malo by boat shuttle from the pier or relax at the Emeria thalassotherapy centre in Dinard.
Public transport :
- You can park directly in the flat's private garage.
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo (20 mins by car)
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard (10min by car), Rennes (1h) or Nantes (2h)

Le Garden "Confortable and modern, except that many locks didn’t work
🙂 Spacious, modern and confortable, we have all the equipments that we need for the kitchen
🙁 When we arrived the door lockers for one bedroom and for the toilette were broken and hadn’t been fixed. Also the lock of the floor-to-ceiling window in the living room didn’t work."

Le Garden It is a nice apartment in a quiet place, cozy and clean, with a lovely garden. I had good time there!
