We are offering this 75m² flat for rent in Dinard. Situated on the ground floor of a secure, luxury residential complex with an intercom and lift, it comprises 2 bedrooms, a living-dining room, a bathroom and a lovely terrace overlooking a private garden, and can accommodate up to 5 people.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, bath towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
Situated a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Plage du Prieuré and Port Breton Park, in a quiet location, the property is laid out as follows:
Living area:
A lovely, light-filled living area with a functional, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker…; a dining area with a cosy dining table; and a lounge area with a TV.
Bedroom area:
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- One bedroom with three single beds (90x200)
- A bathroom with a bath, vanity unit and heated towel rail
- Separate toilet
Outdoors:
- A lovely wooden terrace with garden furniture and a private lawn area.
The flat is ideally situated on the outskirts of Dinard, in a very peaceful setting. You’ll find essential shops nearby: a small supermarket and a bakery are a 10-minute walk away.
Dinard town centre is a 5-minute drive away, where you’ll find an exceptional market every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
You can reach Saint-Malo by ferry from the jetty, or relax at the Emeria Thalassotherapy Centre in Dinard.

Le Garden "Confortable and modern, except that many locks didn’t work
🙂 Spacious, modern and confortable, we have all the equipments that we need for the kitchen
🙁 When we arrived the door lockers for one bedroom and for the toilette were broken and hadn’t been fixed. Also the lock of the floor-to-ceiling window in the living room didn’t work."

Le Garden The apartment was spacious and absolutely spotless inside (my daughter commented it looked brand new, like we were the first people ever to stay!). Comfortable and fully equipped. A little out of town but easily walkable to prieure beach and even town centre, and good supermarkets 10 minute walk so we found we didn't need to use our car which we like when on holiday. Good size garden too. Cocoonr office staff extremely efficient and helpful when we had a slight problem at checkout and couldn't reach our host. Great experience.
