Duża przestrzeń, bardzo ładne i jasne pokoje. Kuchnia również bardzo duża ze stołem przy którym spokojnie zje śniadanie 6-8 osób. Wyjatkowo wygodne łóżka, świetna lokalizacja blisko Monciaka i plaży. Bardzo dobra i miła komunikacja z Panią wynajmującą.
Niestety brak parkingu, wprawdzie jest 5 min drogi od obiektu ogrodzony parking lecz trzeba dodatkowo za niego zapłacić. Brak windy trochę czuć gdy trzeba wnieść bagaże na 2 piętro, dla starszych osób jest to delikatną barierą tak jak dla moich rodziców którzy z nami byli. Trzeba się również przygotować na fakt że jak to w miejscowości turystycznej ulica jest dość głośna również w nocy.
