Die Nähe zum und der Parkplatz im Hof waren super.
Es waren im Vergleich zu den letzten Aufenthalten einige Mängel in der Wohnung, die an der Rezeption aber schon bekannt waren. Wir gehen davon aus, dass das außerhalb der Saison überarbeitet wird (Sofa aufgeplatzt, Schimmel in der Außenwand des Bades, kein Stöpsel in der Spüle, abgenutzte Badtextilien, Tischsets und fleckige Matratzen etc.). Und es war schwierig, die Räume auf eine angenehme Zimmertemperatur zu heizen.

Schöne alte Villa mit Seele , es gibt in der Wohnung alles was man braucht. In den Erkern zu Frühstücken macht Spaß. Die negativ Kritik bezieht sich hauptsächlich auf die Verwaltung. Der Rest ist völlig in Ordnung
Die Hausverwaltung ist eine Katastrophe. Unfreundlich, will nichts regeln. Wir sollen Aufgaben in unserem Urlaub übernehmen. Misstrauisch. Der kleine Erker hat einen Wasserschaden, keine Info ob Pilzgefahr vorhanden. Der Parkplatz nicht nutzbar, sollten wir uns darum kümmern. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen, Rückenschmerzen sind sicher. Sauberkeit ist ausbaufähig, aber o.k. Schlüsselrückgabe bis10 Uhr, die Verwaltung ist aber erst ab 9 Uhr anwesend.sie ist das Geld nicht wert.
