Wyposażenie mieszkania perfekcyjne- toster, mikrofalówka, czajnik, ekspres przelewowy do kawy, piekarnik, kuchenka, zmywarka do naczyń, odtwarzacz CD. Balkon ze stolikiem, krzesłami i parasolką usytuowany od podwórka - idealnie. Zapewnione miejsce parkingowe pod oknami.
Poduszki i kołdry powinny zostać pilnie wyprane. Wprawdzie zakłada się na nie poszewki, ale są tak przepocone, że czuć nieprzyjemny zapach mimo pościeli.
