Ideally for short and long term stay at the sea for families with children, or adults. Comfortable stay. Kitchen with all necessary, cafés nearby. 1-minute walk to Finitudes beach, sea view from terrace. Alex was very friendly and gave detailed instructions on everything we might need. Highly recommend.

Отличное месторасположение. Прекрасный вид с балкона на море и самолёты заходящие на посадку. Очень приятный и внимательный персонал. Все инструкции были представлены четко и понятно. Наличие веб странички со всеми инструкциями и информацией для постояльцев.
Отвратительный душ. Очень слабый напор воды. Принятие душа превращается в пытку. Отсутствие полочек в ванной. Малое количество крючков для одежды. Отсутствие горячей воды в умывальнике в ванной. Не все розетки рабочие. Неисправное освещение на балконе. Очень старая кухня. Полки в комнате не закреплены и болтаются. Потрепаные занавески и рулонные жалюзи. Частично старая мебель в доме. Очень неудобная система включения электричества. Неисправный кран на кухне. Падающая штукатурка на балконе. Странно работающий лифт. Громкая музыка из ближайших ресторанов после полуночи, в выходные дни.
