Large apartment close to Finikoudes Beach with 2 balconies

The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and very close to the beach, cafes, and restaurants, which made it easy to enjoy the best of Larnaka on foot. It had everything we needed for a week's stay, and the host was very friendly and responsive.

The building is a little older and the surrounding area feels a bit worn, so it might not make the best first impression, especially if you arrive at night. If you are arriving late consider buying some bottled water at the airport.

We spent 5 days in the apartment together with friends, and from the very beginning everything indicated that it was a great choice — and we were not disappointed. The place fully matched the description. All the essentials were provided, such as towels, soap, dishwashing liquid, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. Everything you might need is right there 🙂 The apartment is very close to the city center — literally a 5-minute walk. What truly ties everything together is Diana. She contacted us before our arrival and sent clear instructions along with all the necessary information. She also emphasized that we could reach out anytime if we needed anything. And indeed, we did ask for advice — she replied quickly and very helpfully. It was very kind and made us feel well taken care of. Thank you!

The owners were lovely and very helpful. The location was great. A short 10 minute walk to the beach. The rooms were spacious and the owners made sure we had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable.
