Staff were very helpful, food and drinks were very good.
Entertainment was good, shows and music in the evening
Too crowded, at the beach you have to queue for drinks or snacks all the time.
You cannot book the taxi service from this hotel, only reception can order it but it cost double the regular price. You don’t have other option.

The pools and slides are fun for everyone, the children’s club is amazing lots of activities
The noisy adult entertainment going on to the early hours, location of our room meant we were kept awake most nights until 1am

24/7 bistro was appreciated for late night arrival. Good mocktails. Good rooms with plenty toiletries provided. Good shower. Fresh mini croissants and pancake station at breakfast.
Inappropriate dressed dancers which i don't feel was suitable for young audience. Also very loud music into the night. And adult items in shop windows not appropriate for family resort. Ice cream freezer locked and unclear when permitted to have ice cream

The food in the restaurant and snack bar was very good. Staff were friendly and professional.
The walls in the bedrooms were very thin, you can here people talking in the next room. Plumbing is outdated, you could hear other rooms flushing the toilets and running water. We were there over the Christmas period and there was no entertainment at nighttime, apart from Christmas Eve.
