Beautyful appartment, very central in the charming town of Lucca. So many things to see and so many restaurants to choose from. Great recomendations in the guest book, and great and accesable service from the staff.

It would be nice to have a mirror somewhere outside of the bathroom. It would also be nice if there is some type of organization of the keys it is confusing trying to get through all of the doors.
The place is very comfortable and Alice, the property manager, was always very responsive and helpful.
Location is great and the music school was a pleasant plus.
