The flat was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I would happily stay here again.

This is a lovely apartment - very clean, comfortable and spacious with all mod cons with an especially comfortable bed! The apartment was quiet and peaceful and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and sights. I was very well looked after by Pina who was available for any help you may need. I can recommend a stay here.

We could not have asked for a better place. Well located. Spotless appointments. Pina could not be nicer. Made us reservations our first night in Lucca!! The only teeny tiny issue is we could not figure out where to empty the garbage. Thankfully we didn't create a great deal. Lucca is a great find and this Location is awesome. We were sad to leave
