About this villa rental
High Grove Villa has a separate self contained apartment in addition to the luxury villa (making it ideal for two families) and is a only a short walk to beaches, tavernas and Tsilivi water park. Set in its own olive groves with an abundance of fruit trees and a magnificent panoramic view of the dazzling Tsilivi bay and towards Kefalonia, it is very well located for all amenities although you may never want to leave the fabulous grounds with its private 15x 4 metre swimming pool, separate toddler pool and superb outside lounging and dining areas. We also have WiFi! Although you are within walking distance of the hustle and bustle of Tsilivi, the Villa grounds are an oasis of calm.
A short drive away are many more wonderful beaches and sea side tavernas. Tsilivi itself is also perfectly positioned for visiting the North or the beautiful beaches to the South of the island.
The property is suitable for two families sharing or four couples as the Villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and the separate self contained apartment also has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property is a home from home and is totally fully equipped with two Lounge and dining areas and two kitchens.
The Villa bedrooms consist of a king size with en suite shower and one double bedroom with separate bathroom.
The apartment also has a double with en suite shower and a twin bedroom with separate bathroom.
There is also a toddler travel cot and highchair for children available by request. We also have a single fold up bed in the Villa and a sofa bed in the apartment.
Outside you will find outdoor living at its finest, a wonderful covered Pavilion with cushioned seating for approximately 12 people, particularly lovely at night and to watch the sun setting over Kefalonia. There is also a fabulous outdoor dining cabana to seat 12, next to a firepit/barbeque, all with breathtaking sea views. There are other various seating areas dotted around the grounds, to seek views or shade.
The property has been recently fully renovated to the owners exacting standards and the whole estate is private with electric gated entrance at the end of a private drive.
Attractive shaded balconies from the Lounge and Master bedroom are beautiful to enjoy the stunning sea views and to escape the sun on very hot days and a small balcony overlooking the olive groves which catches the last rays of sun.
Our beautiful Villa is only available for rent for a few weeks of the year so come and share our beautiful tranquil luxury paradise.
Car rental can be arranged upon request.

Beautiful villa and apartment. Lots of different areas to sit within the grounds. Very peaceful and the views were lovely. Very clean.Host and manager were both so helpful and gave us lots of information and very responsive to any enquiries and questions.

The Villa is well equipped, both kitchens and both the main villa and lower ground apartment. All rooms air conditioned. You can see its the owners holiday home and not just a rental property.The real appeal of this property though is the outside, the long pool is excellant (but not too deep). The different areas means that everyone can find their own space. The only minor negative is the pool area can get breezy at times and the unbrellas supplied need to be put down, so fixed shaded areas or umbrellas would be a plus till later afternoon where shade can be found.Location is great for the relatively fit. 10 mins walk into town. Lots for everybody as you walk into Planos.Abi was great help always in communication and there for the few minor issues that arose. The pool guy also kept things tip top.We rent Villas every year, this was the most expensive we've paid but the pool and outside area the best we have experienced.Would definitely recommend.
