We had the most incredible stay at Rosie’s Barn, tucked away near beautiful Ullswater. From start to finish, it was peaceful, luxurious, and utterly relaxing. Every single detail had been considered — from the high-quality linens and thoughtful welcome touches to the beautifully curated interiors that made the space feel both homely and special.
The barn itself is immaculate, with stunning views and easy access to scenic walks and the lake. Whether we were sipping coffee in the morning sun or unwinding after a day exploring the Lakes, it felt like a little slice of heaven.
It’s clear that so much love and care has gone into making Rosie’s Barn a truly memorable place to stay. We can’t recommend it highly enough — and we’re already dreaming of coming back.

Absolutely beautiful location and the accommodation itself was the best we've stayed in! Not one thing was left out.
We even had chocolates on the bed and mints on the bedside table.
There was also sweets, chocolates & marshmallows included which were a bonus!
The Cumbrian breakfast was excellent too, and the cooking facilities are great.
The bonus was the beautiful stand alone bath surrounded by candles and fairy lights.
Nothing! We had the best time and are already planning to come back.
