The apartment has all the things mentioned in the description. Road noise is minimal in the area. The bed is comfortable and the view is not obstructed by nearby buildings.
It is not a normal apartment but a rooftop (probably where the boiler room or a former storage room was) of a very old building. The price of ~70€/day (taxes & commissions included) does not correspond to the apartment. The sound insulation is non existent and while it was windy and the terrace door was banging. The bell of the church next door rings from 8 o'clock every hour.

Cet appartement est un vrai petit bijou ! Son emplacement est idéal ! C'est comme une petite maison individuelle sur un toit ! Si je pouvais me le permettre je l'achèterais ! Le propriétaire a beaucoup de chance de l'avoir !

I mean it is a quiet place in a quiet neighborhood.
the room is small so it was difficult to enjoy for four days. if you have a short visit, this could be a place to stay though.
