The biggest advantage of the apartment is the location, close to the Metro station and a nice neighbourhood with many choices for food, drink and coffee. Found parking easily because of my arrival time however the area can get very busy at nights and parking would definitely be more of a challenge. The facilities were ok. The bed was very comfy and communication with the host was easy. Also I was allowed to leave half an hour later than checkout time.
There is a tv in the bedroom but not in the living room which I found strange. I have stayed in many apartments in the same neighbourhood so compared to others I found the price relatively expensive for what it is. There could also have been some water in the fridge for the guests, which I believe is the easiest thing to offer considering the price.
