Very well localized, near everything and walking distance to the beach.
Parking indoors which allows to have the car in the shadow (important during hot summer days)
Kitchen with all the appliances need for a short stay
Balcony is very pleasant with a nice sunset view
Everything in the kitchen had a fishy smell, the fridge, the cabinets…
The double bed has small mattress that doesn’t fit the bed.
Cleaning could be better, we had to search for some toys under the couch and it was filled with the dust (even the couch itself needed some cleaning)

Estaba limpio y bien surtido de menaje de cocina.
Tuve que salir un día antes de lo previsto. Avisé con más de una semana de antelación pero no quisieron cambiar la reserva, por lo que tuve que pagar la estancia completa.

Localização excelente e casa que teve algumas melhorias. Limpeza geral boa. Equipada para uma família com 2 crianças. AC que nesta localização é muito importante.
Sofá a precisar troca, bem como remodelação de cozinha e sobretudo WC.

Tolle und ruhige Lage, sehr schöner Blick auf den Hafen von Punta del Moral, viele Cafés und Restaurants vor der Haustür (aber kein Lärm), 100m vom großen Sandstrand.
Das Apartment war sehr hübsch und gemütlich, modern und gut ausgestattet.
Die Betten super bequem, viele Kopfkissen und Decken.
In der Küche gab es sehr viel Geschirr und Besteck, so daß wir nicht gleich nach einmal essen die Spülmaschine anmachen mussten.
Es war alles vorhanden, was wir zum Kochen benötigen (sogar ein Pürierstab).
Es hat ein bisschen muffelig gerochen… aber ich denke, dass das mit der Kanalisation und den Gezeiten zusammenhängt.
Uns fehlte ein Wasserkocher…
Die Waschmaschine war nicht die beste.
Ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren renovierungsbedürftig.
(Das Personal vom Hotel war aber sehr nett und hilfsbereit; sie meinten, wenn wir etwas gesagt hätten, hätten sie uns sofort jemanden vorbeigeschickt.)
