The plugs in the twin ved bedroom, we're faulty. One minute they were working,few minutes later they were not longer working

The loaction
There was no extra blankets in the loft,only a thin duvet cover,there was an electric blanket but you got very cold from above.
My bedding was never changed in the 7 nights I stayed there,and for the last 3 days I received no soap or toiletries as put out on the first 3 days.There was not an extra toiletpaper roll anywhere available.There was 2 nights that the staff whom stays in the garage was very rowdy.My husband felt very uncomfortable the one morning we left early as one of the staff members came out dressed very skimy.The lady that looked after me for the first few days were excellent,but the one after her really did the bare minimum
I have up to now not received any feedback about my deposit or when the backpayment will happen
