Perfect and cozy

We absolutely loved our stay! Better than the photos. The apartment felt just like home, very cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was one of the cleanest places we have ever rented, spotless in every detail. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making our time here truly relaxing. Highly recommended! Special thanks for the gifts and hospitality 💖

The one thing that would be great to improve is the WiFi, very low speed. But it’s small thing.

the host was nice and left us welcome drinks and snacks which was much appreciated. the location was really close to the main street with all the restaurants and shops, and the building itself was quiet and safe.

A wonderful place to stay

The host was super friendly and organized, also after our long travel to Chania we found that our breakfast was guaranteed by supplies that were provided by the host. Would recommend to anyone! (They also make the best peach marmalade)

Amazing stay at splendid Eve's place!

Eve is the best host I had. Helpful, nice, hospitable. The apartment was perfect - kitchen well equipped, great wifi, close to supermarket. Everything was as described. Will definitely come back!

The neighbors were noisy and screaming children sometimes, the echo of the building made it hard to ignore... The single mattress bed can be improved with a more comfortable one. But aside from these all was perfect, I even had wifi issues and Eve helped to fix and provided me with extension that worked amazing.

Excellent!

Very clean, spacious, fully equipped studio, in a quiet area, very close (3 minutes walk) to everything Platanias has to offer. The host was very helpful and polite. A genuine pleasure to have stayed here. We received help for renting a car and also a very early transfer to the airport, with decent prices. Extremely nice people. We wil definitely come back.

Nice place in Platanias

Very nice apartment with living room and bedroom linked by a huge balcone. All clean and just a couple of mins walking from the main street. The owners are really kind and helpful.

It lacks a sign with the name of the apartment.

Perfect lodging for a couple of tourists.

Large and quiet apartment, very clean and very well equipped, furniture and accessories looking like new, owners very kind. Not far from the main street. Even though I was there for work and I did not use it much, I think this apartment is perfect for tourists.

The weak point is the very unstable Wi-Fi. With my laptop I could not even send nor receive a text email. It has been a problem for me, but if you are not interested in Wi-Fi this apartment is simply perfect. Otherwise, ask the owner in advance if the Wi-Fi has been improved.

O experiență deosebit de plăcută, caracterizată prin confort, curățenie și o atmosferă relaxantă.

Am avut o experiență excelentă la Charisma Apartment din Platanias. Totul a fost impecabil, de la curățenie până la atenția la detalii. Apartamentul este confortabil și bine amenajat, iar atmosfera generală transmite liniște și confort. Paturile sunt extrem de confortabile, cu saltele de calitate și lenjerii curate, ceea ce a făcut odihna perfectă după zilele petrecute la plajă. Mi-ar fi plăcut sa aibă un pat matrimonial (cel puţin queen size)! Bucătăria este foarte bine și inteligent utilată, oferind tot ce este necesar pentru gătit și spațiu de lucru. Internetul funcționează excelent, stabil și destul de rapid, ideal pentru lucrul la distanță sau pentru divertisment online. Curățenia a fost excelentă, iar gazda s-a dovedit a fi amabilă, promptă și atentă la nevoile noastre. Parcare în imediata apropriere a locaţiei!

Totul a fost excelent, însă, pentru a fi absolut perfect, ar fi utilă adăugarea câtorva mici dotări suplimentare în bucătărie: – un air fryer, având în vedere că nu există cuptor; – un zdrobitor de cartofi; – o presă pentru usturoi. Aceste detalii ar completa ideal o bucătărie deja foarte bine echipată și ar face șederea și mai plăcută pentru cei care preferă să gătească în apartament.

Ottimo soggiorno a Creta. Consigliato

La camera è super pulita, con tutto il necessario per trascorrere un ottimo soggiorno. Anche le stoviglie e gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi o comunque ben tenuti e puliti. La signora Eva è molto gentile e disponibile.

Per essere da 10 e lode bisogna migliorare il wifi, non ha quasi mai funzionato, e il materasso non è comodissimo.
