The absolute beauty makes up for inconveniences

The view is to die for. The architecture of the house is amazing; I loved the wood panelling and light panels built in; gorgeous. A truly mesmerizing house in a magical spot.

I didn’t like the Vacasa company that rents it out. At some point they declined my payment after reservation, but no proof of why that was, was given when asked. When I wanted to book again, due to adjusted pricing, the rent went up by 300 dollars for a long weekend. Funnily enough no problems with the same creditcard then. ( my account did allow payment at any time). This is a scam I read about in other booking comments as well, so be ware. Also weird that all of a sudden you deal with vacasa instead of Booking or the owner, and have to sign a contract by them. Why all that fuss, super irritating. Also; nu curtains or black out in bedrooms, so bring sleep masks, and even earplugs if you don’t want to wake up at 5 ( some people love to wake up with the sun rise which I can imagine too, with such a view) . The noise comes from the highway 1 that runs next to the house, not super busy, but still makes noise. We thought it still all worth it, since the beauty of the place is out of this world. The house needs some tlc, that is clear.

Absolutely incredible. Felt like we were in another country.

Spectacular location and the house is a work of art. Everything in it is mid-century, and so much care has been taken to keep it true. An incredible house. Loved every moment in it. And that view!

Nothing in the house. The house is right on the coastal highway, so can be a bit traffic noisy, but nothing that stopped us from sleeping. In most of the house you cannot hear the traffic.

Amazing view from the master/deck.

Exterior needs a good power wash. Drains for shower cleaned(water drained really slow).

No tv (project screen was not functioning)
