Location could not be beat. Very close to marina and restaurants -- all within walking distance. Nicely renovated, modern apartment with everything you need.

Sink in toilet was leaking so was told not to use it. No problem. Only other negative thing that could say about the stay was there was a faint sewer smell that I believe was coming from bathroom sink or bathroom shower drains. Had to close the door to shower room and that seemed to keep the smell local and not in the rest of the apartment.

Our stay at Marin'a baie Martinique was perfect for our needs - we were traveling to survey a boat that was located in the adjacent marina. The accomadtions were extremely clean, the apartment unit felt newly renovated. We especially loved the kitchenette and the kitchen amenities (stove top, refrigeration, toaster, wine cork, all dishware) it came stocked with, the balcony with incredible views of the marina (and the boat we surveyed), the free wifi, the air conditioning, the dishwasher and washing machine. The building was secured but had an ease of access for us. We travel light and didn't mind the three flights of stairs (actually, we quite enjoyed it!)

We had to stay for a week and because of Covid, needed to cook all of our meals at the place (which was lovely and easy to do!) So the very minor inconvenience was not having enough dishwasher pods, dish detergent or napkins/paper towels (and basic pantry items like olive oil, hot sauce, spices etc). However, there's a conveniently located grocery store nearby.

Located directly on the marina gives you a beautiful view of the boats and the marina and the ocean. Black out curtains keep the light out. 3thr. floor, stairs only but you are for warned. Unfortunately that's it for the 100 % positive experience. So sorry !!!

Being on the marina comes with a lot of noise, especially starting at 5 am , when the life starts. No sound protection doesn't help. Dishes for a year, but only 2 towels for 11 days. No extra bedding. But there is a washer without any laundry detergent. The same applies to the dishwasher. The bed is ok, but only if you like it firm. Some table lights or small light stands would help to get around in the apartment without being blinded by led lightning. We tried to communicate with the owner per email or text, but got no response what's o-ever. A question for available beach towel's, till today, unanswered. A message send to the owner telling him of broken equipment and a louder getting AC completely ignored. So we turned it of during the night to safe the neighbors from the noise. There is a strong sewer smell here and there. We had it when we came in, because all doors and windows where closed. And then 2 times more during our stay. Very strange. Ignoring our messages, especially when a caretaker, in this case a relative lives in the building, is very rude. Shows unfortunately the character of the one, that runs the show. That's exactly why we can rate our stay only with 6 of 10.
