No pool, no sauna, ect = very basic facilities for the high room price Service at the breakfast at Nammos Restaurant felt like both the hostess and waitress hated theirs jobs. It gave off a very haughty and arrogant vibe of the place No possible to chill out on beach/balcony because the noise from beach club; music play loudly non stop from 10am to 8:30pm, so I would say it’s perfect for party but if you want to relax - then you need to close yourself in your room(soundproof) Little machines/equipment at the gym

Our villa was nice. Clear Beautiful ocean water. Concierge employees were so nice and treated us so great.

Breakfast was average for a 5 star resort. Beach guy would not seat my family on the beach on Saturday even though we had 6 chairs included in our villa price of $5k per night USD. Not enough chairs. We stood around looking like idiots for about an hour then had to leave.

We did have a pleasant stay at Nammos, but nothing spectacular, which you would expect when paying close to £1000 for one night. If you’re wanting to do something similar, I really wouldn’t bother here. I’d like to start by saying that all staff were great, but our problem is more so with the rules chosen by the higher ups. Firstly, we arrived at 12:30pm, earlier than check in time (3pm). We waiting around 30 minutes for the room to be ready (totally expected and fine). We were advised to have a stroll around Nammos Village - you can visit this for free and if you’re into designer, then worth visiting. We then got a text message to say our room was ready around 1pm. We were escorted to our room - the room was lovely, great quality furnishings and well designed. We were then told at this point, to text the WhatsApp number to go to the beach. After we made the booking, we got a message to say you could only use the beach however many nights you were staying, so we asked if it would be better for us to use the beach the next day, as then we would get a full day there, rather than the half day we had arrived, to which we were told we’d be fine to go down the first day. We presumed this meant it would be okay for us to use it for the afternoon upon arrival, then also the next day. Fast forward, we were then told the next day would be chargeable if we wanted to use the beach. May I add, there is also no pool. So anyone who has a late flight, I’m not exactly sure what you’re meant to do with your day other than sit in your room, or end up paying €360-€450 to use the beds on the beach again - after paying thousands upon thousands to stay there in the first place. To some people, this price point may not matter, but it does to some, and no matter what your money situation is, you have still chose to pay and stay there, so fair treatment is expected no matter which way you look at it. I feel that you really are just paying for the name and to say you’ve stayed at Nammos.
