Die Lage (Aussicht, Ruhe und Nähe zum Wasser), die Ausstattung (Haus sowie Badebereich mit Liegen…), das die wichtigsten Dinge wie Zucker, Salz, Essig, Spülmaschinentabs…. bereits da sind. Gute Kommunikation….. eigentlich einfach alles.
Eigentlich nichts - Man muss wissen, dass die Zufahrt etwas beschwerlich ist und es keine Restaurants/ Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gibt - lohnt aber - geeignetes Auto buchen (z.B. kleiner SUV)

The villa was fab, well appointed and stylish-very Ibiza vibes! Comfy beds, good showers and all the cooking utensils you need! and the views were amazing! Oh and we can’t forget the private deck for swimming and sunning!
Nothing (though the dirt road to the villa is a bit tedious as it’s long and needs to be taken slow if you don’t want to bust your tyres!)
