Die Lage ist sehr gut. 2 Min. zum Strand und 6 Min. Zur Altstadt. Das Badezimmer ist neu mit einer sehr großen Dusche. Und es gibt einen sehr guten Fön.
Der Wasserkocher hat die guten Zeiten schon hinter sich gelassen. Die Reinigungs Utensilien sind ziemlich verdreckt. Leider erfolgt die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ausschließlich über die App RENTERUS und auch nur in englisch. Die App hat erst gar nicht funktioniert, weil sich das Update nicht installiert hat. Wozu gibt es Booking.com, wenn man noch eine weitere App benötigt.

The apartment had everything we needed.
It was on the 6th floor, so being in our 60’s we were able to walk down the stairs but not up!

La ubicación es muy buena y el piso en sí es muy nuevo. Está muy bien equipado.
Hay hormigas tanto en el baño como en la cocina. Además me parece un poco desproporcionado los horarios de entrada y el de salida. Se entra a las 16 h y te echan a las 10h.

que decia tener aire acondicionado pero el aire no funcionaba y cada día hacían promesas de arreglo que no cumplieron durante mi estadía. Perdí tiempo reclamando y esperando que lo solucionaran. Había un ventilador en el salón que no giraba adecuadamente como el del dormitorio
