Perfect stay and even to come 50 km further to relax on a long road trip!

De location: close to the mountains and with the relaxing small sound of a small river... Was on the third floor, so it felt like in heaven. And the guy who brought me the powerful breakfast deserves an extra 13/10 as i am an early morning bird and sportive person who needs lots of power food in the morning. A cat asked me to share the egg with her, how nice. She is probably an old Greek weather goddess in disguise who brings me the good weather outside during the day!! 13/10 (second time i come here)

Value for money, nice rooms with a view, friendly hosts!

The location was perfect, a s the retreat lies almost next to the thermal baths that we wanted to visit. The rooms were as shown in the pictures, and being on the second floor we did have an amazing view. The hosts were really friendly and were there for us when we had a request or any questions. The place offers kitchen appliances that we did use and were really satisfied with. The rooms were clean and comfortable. For the price we got, it was a total value for money!

Some furniture was a little dated, but that did not affect our stay at all.

OK, wouldn't stay again

The location was good and the room was very clean

When I received the message with the instructions to our room, I replied back asking if there would be someone there in case we needed anything but I never received a reply. In the instructions, it was clearly stated that breakfast is served until 11 am. The first day we asked for breakfast a little after 10 and we were told that breakfast was only served until 10 - but they would accommodate. We checked the message and showed the lady to let her know they need to correct that and she said if the message says 11 then 11 it is. The next day we had the exact same discussion. She was kind and friendly though. The extra bed was not comfortable at all, had a back pain for 3 days after I got back. The building is beautiful but very neglected, same goes for the small pool (empty and dirty) and the yard (only one table and I had to use a wooden broken chair as the rest were being used). It's a shame because it really has potential.

The location and the service

The facilities are old, the toilet had mold and the first night we were not in the room we booked. There was no window and it was smaller. The owner tried to resolve it but when coming for two days I would expect that I don’t have to complain to get the room I booked

The breakfast was tasty and it was nice we could eat it at the outside table.

There was a bad smell from the siphon in the bathroom. The shower had no door, so all the bathroom was wet when somene took a shower. The bed was only 140x200cm big which is not much. Lack of privacy.

I didn’t like the room because it wasn’t clean. The cleaner told us that they mixed the rooms, and we stayed in the uncleaned room. That was very bad experience.

No complaints at all. Everything was as promised. I highly recommend paying them a visit.

The yard! There's a great yard where you can enjoy your breakfast or coffee. The staff were very welcoming. I booked this place for my parents and their friends and they are very happy with their stay.

The telephone number that's here seems to be incorrect. The same number was at the front door, but nobody answers. Luckily, the hosts are very responsive to messages here on booking, and we were able to coordinate quickly.

The furniture is old style, but verry beautifull. You have a fire place and wood outside, if the heating is not enough for you. In the morning you get breakfast in your room.

Stay literally anywhere else!

Both the terms “luxury” and “suite” are completely inappropriate for the hovel of a room we were given. It was unclean, the bed was rock hard and there was dust everywhere. The room was cluttered with odds and ends of furniture. The hotel states that you’ll be met by someone when you arrive but you have to call a number and speak to a miserable woman called Antonia who won’t know what’s going on. Eventually when you’ve found your luxury suite you’ll have had the pleasure of passing the stagnant pool and meeting lots of hungry mosquitoes. The decor is very shabby and the shower, which has little pressure also smells like a swamp. The toilet seat is broken and there was hair on the floor. You can’t pay via Booking.com but you can pay via bank transfer but if it’s not there immediately the owner will yell at you on the phone, even threaten with the police. Just hang up on him and ignore him, he’s not calling the police because he’s not paying his taxes. We paid in full, left after 1 night of horrendous sleep. It is cheap, but still not worth the money. also it’s surrounded by derelict buildings so even less charming than it could be. oh, the breakfast is all low quality and unsatisfactory.

Very good

The guesthouse employees are very nice and hospitable! Especially the ladies who come in every morning to clean and serve a delicious filling breakfast! These two women helped us out so much, provided us with kitchen equipment we needed, answered our questions (they didn't speak english, but translator apps makes it possible ;). They really did everything to make our stay comfortable! On the grounds are lots of cats and dogs. As an animal lover it's a dream but please be warned. The cats will come upstairs to your balcony if you eat breakfast outside. The dogs are very friendly and like to be petted but it might be scary getting surrounded by 3-5 big eager dogs. The baths are very close, cheap and healing. Overall I recommend!

When we arrived there was no one to welcome or guide us through the check-in. We had to figure out on our own how to get the keys (you have to call!) and look around for ourselves to find the apartment.. After that struggle it turned out they prepared the wrong apartment which we didn't chose when booking. But to be fair they did their best to compensate for their mistake. So in the end we still had a great stay and that's what matters!

Feels a bit like home, loved it!

Nice location and a beautiful house with everything you need. Our room was very spacious with a nice view. We had a fireplace, living, kitchen and it was like coming home after a busy day. Really appreciated the warm welcome from the owners! Breakfast was great and we enjoyed our stay!

Staff did not speak English so a bit dificult to communicate with them but google translate helps ;-) Bathroom could use an update but still functional.
