Modern and comfortable villa, full of light, very well equipped. Amazing views, great terrace, swimming pool, and a well-maintained garden. Efficient and professional hosts.
It's an area that is still developing, with many construction sites around. Not as quiet as a residential area is expected to be.

Das Haus ist super, sehr gross, genügend Zimmer, Ausstattung, Ausblick, Garten etc. ABER sehr viel ist am Haus kaputt. Viele Arbeiten die schon vor Jahren hätten gemacht werden müssen (habe selber ein Haus und weiss wovon ich rede), Gegenstände die ersetzt werden sollten, Instandhaltung, Pool, Holzrost, Kühlschrank (kaputte oder fehlende Tablare) etc. Fenster die sich nicht schliessen lassen, etc. Man merkt einfach, dass seit Jahren nichts mehr investiert wurde. Bei dem Mietpreis könnte man das schon erwarten!
