A lovely property. Internally very well appointed. Superb views across the bay. The property manager attended promptly to remedy the effect of a power failure.

The drive is so steep we decided to park our car on the street. This requires an arduous climb up the driveway and then more steps to the front door. The property is on three levels so multiple steps indoors, too. Unsuitable for anyone who considers themselves to be elderly or mobility-impaired. The kettle broke and then we discovered the gas hob didn't work and the microwave door was faulty. Towels and bed linen are cheap, poor quality. The swimming pool requires some refurbishment and was insufficiently clean. No maintenance took place during our visit so we had to clean the surface of leaves and petals ourselves. Not what we would expect from a property at this cost. The 'grass' area in front of the pool is a disgrace being visually unpleasant and uncomfortable underfoot. There was a lack of instructions regarding facilities and equipment within the property.
