Near Cap d 'Agde (15 km) Air-conditioned ground floor villa, surrounded by a large garden (1600m2) in a residential area that allows calm and relaxation by the heated salt pool (11, 5 mx4m) (treatment by salt electrolysis). A 2nd toilet next to the pool house. The table is sheltered allowing to take the meals, the aperitif .... Attached to the pool house big barbecue in hard.

In the house air conditioning, TV UK wifi (no computer) .The separate fully equipped kitchen oven, microwave oven dishwasher, American fridge. Large bathroom with shower, 2 sinks, corner bath, bidet. Separate WC. A 2nd WC is attached to the Pool Cover. The vineyards nearby allow visits and tastings (cellar of Bessan, known for its rosé) The beach (about 10 km). In the Cap dAgde seaport, beach, golf, tennis, discotheques many shops etc .... Pezenas city of Moliére where you will find many antique shops, shops .A Beziers: walks on the canal du midi, discover the 9 locks, the cathedral, the feria in August, eat at the restaurant "The House of Petit Pierre" finalist Top Chef !!!.Narbonne capital Gallo Roman, Montpellier university city (airport) Carcassonne visit the city (airport) .Nimes Roman temple (airport) .Perpignan Palace of the Kings Mallorca (airport) .Etc !!!!

Super propriété campée sur un très beau terrain bien entretenu, maison bien agencée, très propre, il ne manque rien. Piscine chauffée. Endroit très calme et bien sécurisé . Emplacement pour les voitures. Nous retenons l'adresse pour certainement y revenir.
