Le Clos Ste Hélène is an independent villa of 125 m2 on a plot of 600 m2 with a heated swimming pool (from May to September) of 8m x 4. The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for the villa located in a quiet area, not overlooked . Rest and tranquility will be assured.
The residence is located in Bessan, a small village of 4,200 inhabitants, set back from the major seaside resorts on the Languedoc coast.
You will benefit from the beaches which are hardly 8 km or 10 minutes away and from all the small shops in the village. The local market is Tuesday and Sunday.

Great property, exactly as described. Clean, tidy and comfortable. A well kept pool with the advantage of being heated. 25min walk into the village for essentials or a 4 min drive to the large Intermarche.
Delightful and communicative owner with bonus of having the maintenance team living next door.

We were very comfortable and the villa and pool worked well for us - we were a party of 4 adults and a toddler. Well positioned for access to main roads and a supermarket with local town market and a boulangerie. We enjoyed our week.

A very nice property for up to 6 people. A heated swimming pool is a bonus. A car is a must, for getting even to the nearest supermarket on foot would be rather challenging. The house is air-conditioned, but only in the dinimng room/kitchen area. It would be nice to have airconditioning in the bedrooms, as the nights in the summer period could be quite stuffy. Overall, a very good impression.

Le gîte Bessan est une magnifique maison de vacances. La maison est très propre et bien équipée, la piscine est très agréable et parfaitement sécurisée pour les enfants. Il y a suffisamment d'espace pour que chacun trouve un coin d'intimité. La région est magnifique et regorge d'activités (Sète, Agde, plages à 10 min, ...). Bref, un lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille réussie ! Nous en sommes revenus enchantés !
