The house is one of 13 premium properties just re-built over the foundation around an old and historic Hamlet or 'Borgo' Case Bardi inspired by Tuscany's traditional sense of style. Case Bardi lies over an hill of 30 hectares with a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside.
The farmhouse , with nacked stone, has an overall surface of 165 sqmts on two floors and a tavern.The ground floor includes a living-room, kitchen and a large portico bordering two sided of the house. On the first floor there are two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. On the tavern there is a large bedroom, a second living-room and bathroom. There is a large private garden with independent access.
Following the Tuscan tradition the house has terracotta floor,chestnut-wood,panelled and beamed ceilings,wooden doors and windows frames.
Case Bardi covers 30 hectares in an area famous for its production of the DOC (certified denomination of origin) 'Morellino' wine, about 20 minutes from Saturnia and 30 minutes from Capalbio, Argentario ,Talamone and its beaches.
Ideal location to visit Siena, Pisa and Florence.
