Overlooking the panoramic view of the surrounding hills and the sea on clear days, this thoughtfully-restored holiday home (built in 2,500 square meters within a 30,000 square meter property) provides the perfect opportunity to appreciate nature, enjoy the local cuisine and wine called Morellino di Scansano and be lost in the beauty of the landscape.
Guests will find a large swimming pool (dimension: 4 x 9.5 m; depth: 1.10 m) under the blue sky and sunbeds on the side. There is also a covered terrace right before the entrance of the house, where guests can relax and de-stress in the sitting area or dine at the al-fresco set up.
Inside, the lovely living room is built in a way to merge the outdoors with the indoors. The enormous outlets on two sides set the mood for a relaxing day close to nature and greenery. It is furnished with a set of sofas and armchairs, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a stylish dining table. There is a fully-equipped modern kitchen too, with a drip coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a fridge.

The region is famous for its local wine, and wine tours are quite a hit among tourists who come here. The food shops are about 3.5 kilometres from here. There is a golf course (30 kilometres), a park (35 kilometres), the beaches of Talamone (36 kilometres), the lagoon of Orbetello- Monte Argentario (41 kilometres), Pitigliano (44 kilometres), Monte Amiata (48 kilometres and Lake Bolsena (66 kilometres).
